When you register for our competition, we collect the following information:

   •    Participant’s name and age

   •    Contact details of the parent/guardian (if applicable)

   •    Video submissions for adjudication

   •    Any additional details required for competition entry

All registration forms are encrypted to ensure the safety of your information.

3. Storage & Security of Data

   •    Videos and personal data are uploaded through our encrypted registration form and automatically stored in our two-factor authenticated Dropbox account.

   •    Access to this data is strictly limited to Apex Dance Online and the two appointed adjudicators.

   •    No third parties have access to any personal data or video submissions.

4. Use of Personal Data

   •    Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of competition entry and adjudication.

   •    Videos are not shared, published, or used for promotional purposes without explicit permission.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

   •    Once adjudication is complete, all video submissions are permanently deleted from our system.

   •    The only information retained is a brief record of scores for administrative purposes.

6. Third-Party Disclosure

   •    We do not share or sell your personal information with any third parties.

   •    All data remains securely stored within our protected system.
